Professor of Criminal Procedure in the School of Jurisprudence and in the Masters Program in Banking and Financial Law at university "Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil".

His practice has had an active participation in criminal litigation law. He was deputy Prosecutor of the Guayas province. He has also been appointed by the Presidents of the Republic and the Supreme Court to fulfill important duties related to the criminal process.

He specializes in financial crime and participated in many national and international forums.
