He received his Law Degree from Guayaquil University, College of Law, (Guayaquil – Ecuador) at 2005.

He also has advanced studies in International Science and Diplomacy from “Antonio Parra Velasco”, Guayaquil University, at 2010. (Guayaquil – Ecuador)

He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Catholic University, College of Law, Santiago de Guayaquil (Guayaquil – Ecuador)

He is specialized in administrative law with particular emphasis on agrarian and rural law, and has extensive experience in fiduciary and real estate law.

He was a legal advisor to the Minister of Agriculture (Ecuador) on multiple occasions. He was also the Director of internal affairs for the transit Commission of Ecuador “Comision de Transito del Ecuador.” He is a current member of the Benemerita Philanthropic Society of Guayas, Ecuador.
