Senior partner and General Director of Moeller, Gómez-Lince & Cia he graduated with honors as the best student of his class in the university “Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil”, receiving the award “Dr. Hector Romero Menéndez”. He obtained his degree as Doctor in Jurisprudence in the same university.
In 1994 he successfully completed the program of top corporate management “PROGRAMA DE ALTA DIRECCION EMPRESARIAL (PADE) in the institute “Instituto de Desarrollo Empresarial IDE” (Institute for Corporate Development) sponsored by IESE from the Navarra University.
His professional practice is mainly in civil, banking, trade, corporate, public procurement, merger and acquisitions and intellectual property matters. He also has many years of experience as an arbitrator for the Center of Arbitration and Conciliation of the Chamber of Commerce of Guayaquil.
For over twenty years he has been professor of CIVIL LAW (Property) in the School of Law of the university “Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil. He has also taught the courses of MUNICIPAL LAW and CIVIL LAW (Contracts).
